Important information about Coronavirus, in line with Government guidance.
Our properties are always cleaned to a high standard. However, in light of the current situation we will be implementing additional procedures to help reduce the risk of COVID.
Wall mounted alcohol gel dispensers will be hung by each cottage entrance, and by the entrance to the swimming pool/sauna.
Surfaces, soft furnishings, bedding will be sprayed with sanitiser, and a pet-friendly kennel disinfectant will be used on hard floors.
At the end of the week we request that guests strip all beds before departure and place bed linen, mattress and pillow protectors and towels/bath mats in laundry bags provided.
The indoor games room with a book/dvd library and pool table, along with the outside children’s play area with climbing frame and trampoline, are all open we reuqest that guests sanitise between use.
The swimming pool and sauna will be kept open, with one hour bookable slots. Each cottage group can book a maximum of one morning session and one afternoon session, unless the facility has an empty slot, in which case they can book it last minute. Between bookings and at the end of each day we ask that guests disinfect all surfaces poolside, the shower/toilet room, and the sauna with sanitiser provided.
Outside table tennis can be used (hand sanitising dispenser close by) and badminton will be accessible.
If during your stay any of your party falls ill with a temperature, lack of smell, taste or any other symptom of Coronavirus, please let us know immediately and make preparations to leave the property and self isolate at home. There will be no refunds, but extra time to safely prepare the accommodation for the next visitors will be much appreciated.
